THE MARLOWE ACADEMY 6^TH FORM

We offer Level 2 and 3 courses as follows:

4 A Level programme OR

BTEC National Certificates or Diplomas, plus an A Level OR

BTEC First Diplomas, plus GCSE re-takes in English or Maths

(Depending on GCSE achievement)

All students also undertake:

the European Computer Driving Licence � an industry recognised IT qualification
Tutor/PSHE programme
Private Study within the school day
Extra-curricular activities

The A Level offer includes:

English, Maths, Biology, Theatre Studies, Photography, Law, Sociology,

Media Studies, PE

Vocational Courses are in:

� Art & Design

� Business

� English for Speakers of Other Languages

� ICT

� Public Services

� Performing Arts

� Sports

� Science

� Travel & Tourism

29 students went to University in 2009, with 40+ applicants for September 2010

Each year the school will award Partner Scholarships, worth �1000pa, to two students who take up places at the University of Kent.
